Who holds the registration in Saudi Arabia
In Saudi Arabia the SFDA Medical Device Marketing Authorisation is applied for through a licensed Saudi authorised representative, and importers and distributors need their own SFDA establishment licence. The authorised representative can be independent of the distributor, which is the structure we recommend.
